The Gratitude Practice

Create space to give thanks and bring  balance into your practice with 50  minutes of slow, heart opening movement to build heat in the body followed by 40 minutes of restorative postures and 15 minutes of deep relaxation to relieve your stuffed post thanksgiving body and bring energy back to your life.  We’ll explore loving gratitude and the impact of graciousness in our lives as we interweave breath with music and movement. Explore what your thankful for and why with a focus on Metta Meditation (Loving Kindness)
and gratitude teachings. $15
