Breath Empower-


“Breath Empowerment” is a guided use of the Warriors Breath. An ancient Eastern technique used before battle to Empower Warriors to save their village. This technique highly oxygenates the body to release stagnation in body tissue and emotional mind chatter. 

Following the Warriors Breath is a focused Child’s Breath followed by Shavasana to come back to the bodies natural rhythm. 

-First 15 minutes of class I explain the two different breathing methods. 1- Warriors Breath (Deep inhalation through the nose, into the chest, making a loud breath sound, relaxing exhalation through the nose completely focusing on relaxing the body) This high power breathing is an ancient method to bring a large amount of oxygen into the body to release stagnant energy and bring healing to muscles and organs. 2- Deep Slow Belly Breathing (also known as the Buddhas Breath, Childs Breath, etc. This breath brings focused relaxation into the lower Dan-Tien, or Energy center of the body located just below the navel allowing for full absorption of oxygen).
-The next 25 minutes is the "Breath Empowerment" experience. I guide the Warriors Breath in a sequence lying on the floor. Coaching the students through self restricted thoughts to help Empower them for the Most Amazing Full Body Buzz they probably ever had!
-The last 15 minutes is open to sharing what they experienced and coming back into normal body rhythm.

Chakra Keys Mediation

An inclusive approach to mediation that integrates the practices from both mindfulness (insight) meditation and creative (visualization) meditation practices. While often these two approaches to meditation are seen as polarized with one another, we will find that they naturally create an harmonious union within those of us with both a mystical and creative inclination.

Classes always include foundational practices for mindful meditation cultivation. From there we will explore our relationship with Creation by inquiring into our expanded energetic being though a very grounded system of chakras and energy awareness.

FASCIA Therapeutics


This is an innovative restorative type of class designed to open you up from the
inside out. Be prepared for deep tissue release work, using small rubber therapy balls to liberate fascial adhesions, trigger points, or areas congested and weak from scar tissue. Tending to those parts that may be underused, overused, misused, and abused. This is a time to explore, investigate, discover and embody. Leave feeling more ease, increased flexibility, and a reservoir of power for your asana classes.



This style relies much more on synchronized breathing with each movement to produce beautiful, flowing patterns of motion and energy. This powerful, energetic, playful flowing class has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. In Mindful Vinyasa, the goal is to create a practice that utilizes the components of Vinyasa yoga class while flowing with more awareness. In Mindful Vinyasa there is time to slow down, tune inward, and hold the space of each posture. Additionally, mindfulness will come into play as there will be a focus on maintaining proper alignment throughout each asana.


Restorative Yoga is a series of supportive poses that allows your body to renew and heal. It is slow, deeply nurturing and suitable for all ages and abilities. With the aid of props, soothing music, guided meditation and long, comfortable holds you are allowing for a gentle opening in the body.  A consistent  practice of restorative yoga will make your body less vulnerable to stress-related illnesses and help you achieve optimal health. A jump start  to begin the day, this morning flow class promotes strength and flexibility to help the body release in a restorative way. This flowing style yoga class is slower paced. Focuses on classic postures and correct alignment in the body. A COMPLETE approach to Hatha Yoga that emphasizes the principles of wise sequencing (Vinyasa Krama), remembering of our essence (Smarana) and the manifestation of our own radiance of being (Tejas). ParaYoga is a powerful practice that works on shaping and harnessing vital energy through movement, breath, and mantra. While there are many forms of grief, and each person’s experience is unique, no one is left untouched by its profoundly intimate and potentially transformative presence in our lives.
